This workshop draws on the popular Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program and includes mindfulness practices, insights, and dialogue to enrich everyday life. Graduates of this course report reducing anxiety, improving sleep cycles, increasing ability to respond to stress situations, as welll as faster recovery after facing difficult events.

Adriana Moreno-Zarate is an instructor in the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Program (MCSR), and qualified by the University of Massachusetts Midnfulness and Medicine Center. Adriana teacher this program to teachers in the Miami Dade school system and has extensive experience teaching Yoga and Meditation at the University of Miami.
